The new landmark in Ginza, designed by Jun AOKI, hosting the largest Tiffany Store in Asia with interiors by New York-based architect Peter Marino, will combine five floors of luxury retail, including a Tiffany café, plus offices. The GINZA SAPPHIRE will occupy the entire rooftop (484 m²) of the new KUROSAWA X TIFFANY building, featuring a terrace with stunning views of the Tokyo skyline, a private entrance and elevator access from Miyuki Street, and convenient on-site parking.

Our chefs have both been trained in some of the best restaurants in France and Japan. Yosuke Okazaki led Sant Pau to a second Michelin star, while Takeshi Sato had a similar success with L'Archeste Paris, which got awarded a Michelin star only 5 months after opening.
At Ginza Sapphire, they collaborate to craft bold, unique French fusion experiences inspired by global flavors.
