Founded in 1811, Perrier-Jouët is one of Champagne’s most celebrated Maisons, renowned for its enduring connection to nature and art.

Inspired by the anemone flower, an iconic symbol of the Maison, GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE invites you to an exclusive Champagne pairing dinner celebrating the artistry of Perrier-Jouët.

The evening will feature five exceptional Champagnes, from the signature Grand Brut, the freshness and purity of Blanc de Blancs, and the vibrant elegance of Blason Rosé, to the prestigious Belle Epoque 2018 and the beautifully aged Belle Epoque 2004, specially selected for this occasion.

To complement the Champagnes, Chef Takeshi Sato will present a specially curated menu created exclusively for the evening, bringing together the distinctive character of each Champagne with his cuisine.
