1797年創業、ブルゴーニュを代表する歴史あるワインメゾン「メゾン・ルイ・ラトゥール」。

今回のワインディナーでは、11代目当主でありCEOを務めるフローラン・ラトゥール氏と、自社畑の栽培・醸造を統括するドメーヌ・ディレクター、クリストフ・デオラ氏を迎えます。

当日は、メゾンの歴史や哲学、ブルゴーニュのテロワール、ワイン造りについてお二人から直接お話しいただきながら、ルイ・ラトゥールのワインとGINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGEの料理とのペアリングをお楽しみいただきます。

そして今回は、この特別な一夜のためにメゾンのセラーから蔵出しされた貴重なバックヴィンテージも特別にご用意。

AN EVENING WITH MAISON LOUIS LATOUR

Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour is one of Burgundy’s most historic and renowned wine houses.

For this special wine dinner, we are delighted to welcome Florent Latour, 11th-generation head and CEO of Maison Louis Latour, and Christophe Déola, Domaine Director overseeing the estate’s viticulture and winemaking.

Throughout the evening, they will share insights into the Maison’s history, philosophy, terroir, and winemaking, accompanied by a special pairing of Louis Latour wines and GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE cuisine.

For this occasion, rare back vintages have been specially released from the Maison’s cellars, including 2014 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru and 2012 Corton Grand Cru “Clos de la Vigne au Saint.”
